This five star resort hotel was built on one of the last few remaining prime beach side locations along the Dubai coastline off Beach Road. Construction on the project began in November 2011 and was completed in November 2014. The hotel occupies a land area of 42,000sqm with a total built up area of 66,000sqm. It has 237 keys including suites with an average room size of 60sqm. The hotel also incorporates five restaurants, a stunning roof top bar with amazing views of the city, two swimming pools, meeting rooms, a ballroom to cater for up to 500 people, a business centre, beauty salon, a barber and gift shop. Facilities also include a luxurious spa, indoor pool and a gymnasium. 295 car parking spaces are provided in a single level basement.
